I really liked the facial cleansing! The cosmetologist Julia worked carefully and attentively, explained everything in detail. After the procedure, the skin became noticeably cleaner, fresher and softer, the pores look much better. There was no severe redness or discomfort. I had an appointment for Fotona4D treatment with Maria. This was my first visit and it won't be my last. The space is neat and clean. Maria was very confident yet gentle with the procedure, she adjusted to my sensitivity level, she calmed me down when I had a little bit of anxiety. She exhibited knowledge, experience and expertise with the equipment, skin conditions, and post treatment care. I felt that I was in good hands. My skin is already showing signs of improvement after 24 hours. Definitely will be back for other services!

My skin started being really bad in September of 2023. I tried a lot of things but nothing worked. After calling some places in NYC I found this place and spoke to Viktor on the phone. He was extremely helpful kind and patient over the phone. We scheduled an appointment in February 2024. After the first treatment was convinced I was on the right path to achieve healthy skin as Viktor educated and guided me along the way. I continued to come back for more treatments and stuck to a a strict simply regimen that Viktor recommended. My skin as you can see in the second photo from today September 21st looks super healthy and fresh. I did my last treatment with Yana who was just as lovely. I can't wait to keep coming back for more treatments.

I've had a total of about 3-4 treatments and I'm extremely happy with the results. I can't recommend Viktor and Yana enough!!!!
