I had a Fotona Smootheye treatment at NY Skin Experts this week, something I had been wanting to try for a while after hearing rave reviews from my girlfriends. To start, Maria applied a numbing cream for about 20 minutes. I have a low tolerance for pain, but this made the entire process quite comfortable. My laser tech was incredibly attentive and careful, regularly checking in with me and adjusting the settings based on my sensitivity. She also took the time to answer all my questions about the laser procedure and post-care instructions.
